I came in on one of the coldest days of the year and yet they took the time to let me inspect the used truck. They even let me pull it into the garage so I could look underneath without freezing! I took the vehicle home and the next day it would not start. I called them right away and they sent a tow truck along with a car for me to drive. They replaced the starter at no charge. The only dealership I’ve ever been to where I was treated with respect and the process of buying was quick and easy. When I said I wanted to check cars elsewhere before committing to the car I liked at Ford, the sales person was completely agreeable with this and gave me his number to reach out to if I made a decision.
