Our recent car-buying experience with Alex was absolutely phenomenal. The process began online, where my husband connected with him, and Alex quickly and kindly set up an early morning appointment, 8:00 AM on a Saturday! When we arrived, the car was already running and ready for us to test drive. We explored another vehicle we were considering, but ultimately chose the original one Alex had prepared. He was incredibly thorough and put together four different financing and term options to make sure we found the best fit. The paperwork process was efficient and seamless, we were in and out by 11:00 AM. Alex truly went above and beyond. He made sure the car was cleaned, fully gassed, and personally delivered it to our home on Monday. He even drove our trade-in back for us so we had enough time to move our belongings out, such a thoughtful touch. Alex was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. I first spoke with Herman about possibly trading my car. What I liked best about the sales reps was that no one was pushy or trying to force a sale. I've experienced that at some other dealerships in the area. Herman was working with another customer at the time of my appointment, however he met with me for a few minutes to let me know. He introduced his sales partner Kenny, who turned out to be very awesome to deal with. I liked that everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Exceptional experience
While trying to find a car for our daughter, we spent a lot of time researching and looking at vehicles at numerous dealerships. It was a refreshing experience dealing with Kenny Marrero at Atchley Ford. There were no games and no pressure. I first spoke with Herman about possibly trading my car. What I liked best about the sales reps was that no one was pushy or trying to force a sale. I've experienced that at some other dealerships in the area. Herman was working with another customer at the time of my appointment, however he met with me for a few minutes to let me know. He introduced his sales partner Kenny, who turned out to be very awesome to deal with. I liked that everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Wonderful Service
I have been a customer of Atchley Ford for many years and I feel that I have come full circle. With the help of Herman Shields and his team and God Almighty literally I was able to overcome the obstacles I was faced with. I was able to purchase a brand new 2017 Ford Fusion. Herman and his team got me a great deal that shocked me to the point it brought tears to my eyes. I felt like part of a family from a bunch of great guys... Thank you Herman excellent work!

It was a win-Wynn situation with Aaron Wynn at Woodhouse Ford in Omaha. He genuinely cared about me as a person, trying to provide for a family, as we worked together on our transaction. Aaron was kind, honest, patient, and transparent. We shared the same core values throughout the process of finding some common ground we could both stand upon. Carl, Anthony, Nick, and Beau also were a pleasure to work and visit with. Woodhouse has a strong Nebraska culture that permeates throughout their locations from Grand Island to Omaha. My son purchased his first car out of Grand Island. Because of that initial positive experience, I went right back to the Woodhouse Auto Family. Because of this latest experience, also in 2025, I hope to be doing business with them again. Maybe it will be another win-Wynn at Woodhouse with Aaron Wynn.
