The familiar Ford F-150 silhouette looks better than ever thanks to a striking light bar that extends from the headlamps across the top of the front grille. The grille itself also features an altered look, because in a fully electric pickup there is no need for front air intakes.

The spacious interior offers a futuristic appearance with chic styling and practical cabin features, such as a foldable center workstation.

The Ford F-150 Lightning is still plenty tough, with a roomy bed and strong chassis providing the utmost in practicality. One exciting byproduct of having the electric motors placed lower in the chassis is that there is now space for a front trunk, which offers ample cargo room in addition to the bed.

The twin electric battery packs combine to create 426 horsepower in the standard model, with a 563-horsepower option also available. Both setups offer 775 lb-ft of torque, bringing the max towing capacity to 10,000 lbs.

But the batteries won’t just exclusively power your truck. In the event your home’s power goes out, you can use the two-way charging cable to direct electricity back to your home.

Safety and Special Features

The chic interior of the Ford F-150 Lighting features a large 12-inch infotainment display with an available 15-inch setup. Both options come with Sync® 4, navigation, and much more.
